The Daily Kickoff- Mike Evans and the 1000 Yard Seasons

I figured it only fair to write a post about him since he is ending his 12-year stretch with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and heading to beautiful San Francisco.

Mike Evans holds the NFL record with 11 consecutive 1,000-yard receiving seasons to start his career (2014–2024), tying Jerry Rice for the most consecutive 1,000-yard seasons at any point in NFL history. So yes, he’s a good receiver.

Evans frequently secures the milestone late, with five of his 1,000-yard seasons finalized in the final game of the regular season.

Let’s hope he can produce the same yardage with the 49ers. Fingers crossed!
